RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, PDCollection is pleased to offer the highest standard of customer service.
- We strongly recommend that all customers fully inspect merchandise within 24 hours from delivery.
- If there are any problems with your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at: email@example.com in order to get your RMA number. Please note that you will have 14 days in order to inform about any issue related with the item received. Any communication received after 14 days from delivery date confirmation (Tracking #) will mark the item, and it will NOT APPLY to any type of exchange or refund.
- You can exchange your Leather Jacket for a different size or for different style (price difference may apply). If the new size or style is not in-stock, exchanges processes take around 10 business days.
- In order to have the perfect jacket, you can also exchange your regular size jacket for a Customized jacket. We guarantee to make the jacket with your exact measurements. (we will provide simple instructions on how to take measurements).
In case you require a refund please follow the next steps:
- Contact us to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to request a RMA number. We are unable to process or deal with a package returned to us without a RMA number.
- Carefully pack the item in the same box you received it and return the package to the address given along with your RMA#
- Send us tracking number so we will be notified as soon as the package arrives.
- We will inspect the jacket.
- You will be credited the price of the jacket minus shipping fee within 14 days from the date we receive the returned jacket.
This policy is only relative to PDCollection leather jacket styles. It does NOT cover custom-made jacket styles ordered or jackets that have been customized by special request. Jackets ordered from this section are not eligible for refund but will analize each case separately to find a solution.
